I fill out a lot of forms from different organizations. Found PDF Filler after searching for a federal form. It was the top result and I started using it from there. This program was a lifesaver while trying to apply for jobs and fill out rental applications out of state. I'm sure there are free ones out there but this was so easy to use and had every feature I needed. It has truly been invaluable. I had one document that wouldn't open and with one click I had it sent off to tech support who replied within 2 minutes and I was filling it out in under 10 minutes. Very happy and would recommend to anyone!

My experience Pryor to contact customer support via online chat wasn't a pleasant experience. However my representative went over and beyond in my opinion to resolve the issue for me. If customer support is this affect and expressed concern the way he did on a daily or frequent basis... then definitely purchase this product. Hands down.

PDF filler is easy to use and let's me change documents as needed.Unfortunately, some of the features available on the computer are not available on the Ipad. Creating fill in lines for example.

The name truly fits
This program is very easy to use and gives the user lots of tools. I had to make a few changes to a large and older PDF and I was able to make those changes. Even those that I had to erase, draw and finally add the text. To a very important document. (The name truly fits)

best customer service I've experienced
Software works good, had no problem at all. The customer service was top notch. They helped resolve my account problems within the first hour I sent out the form. Polite and efficient. The excellent service provided was the last and fith star.

So far, it has been acceptable, but I am having to self teach a lot of items. It would be good to have a one hour presentation on the basics, and then some specific presentations on individual task.
