Taking a while to learn how to do this, but it is great. Questions: (1) Tell me how to transmit this electronically to you. (2) May I use the same form to register different Scripture we publish? I love this application! It has made my life so much easier in filing medical claims. I used to have to write or type them out (yes with a typewriter!) but now I just do them on PDFfiller and it takes me less than 1/2 the time! Thank you!

Love this tool. Very intuitive and well built webApp (UI and UX are great). For the UX though, it can be a bit tough to jump in and out of different modes (editing which is "Open" - maybe call is "Fill", and tough to get to the fillable edit section). Great program. It did everything I needed and more. Some of the best customer service I've ever experienced, right at the time I"ve been having a problem. Copies of online chat sent to my email to remind me of how to deal with issues in the future. I'd rate these folks an A plus.
I needed to turn regular electronic forms into fillable ones and submit electronically, with a signature and by a deadline, during the pandemic. I was early and complete with this program!

PDFfiller offers excellent editing and formatting features for business and personal use. I like the file conversion features as well.
What do you dislike?
Uploading documents is extremely slow, and you cannot upload multiple files at the same time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great alternative for those who don't have Adobe Pro or some of the other premium Adobe products.

Definitely recommend
Software is fantastic and only exceeded by their awesome customer service. Paul on the live chat dealt with my request/query efficiently and effectively. Highly recommend these guys.

I think its a good app but it should be…
I think its a good app but it should be free for certain things like creating a fillable pdf. im kinda rusty on mydocument skills but im pretty sure you can do the same thing in microsoft office for free . but i just needed 1 document and the 30 day trial worked for me. im not really sure what else the app can do so maybe its worth it to some people. but it was fairely easyy to navigate and figure out how to do stuff thanks chris

Can split personalities merge?
A person with multiple identities may feel like several people each who have their own distinct personalities complete with individual names, memories, likes, and dislikes. Fusion occurs when identities merge together and become a unified whole.
Do people with split personalities know they have it?
In practice, the vast majority of people with dissociative identity disorder do not obviously present as if they have 'multiple personalities'. But many symptoms may appear to be non-trauma-related, such as depression, substance abuse, eating disorders and anxiety.
Does a person know they have multiple personality disorder?
The DSM-5 provides the following criteria to diagnose dissociative identity disorder: Two or more distinct identities or personality states are present, each with its own relatively enduring pattern of perceiving, relating to, and thinking about the environment and self.
How can you tell if someone has a split personality?
Memory loss (amnesia) of certain time periods, events, people and personal information. A sense of being detached from yourself and your emotions. A perception of the people and things around you as distorted and unreal.
How does multiple personality disorder affect a person's life?
Dissociative disorders involve an involuntary disconnection with memories, emotions, perceptions, and behaviors, as well as with a person's own identity or sense of self. These symptoms can disrupt cognitive function and psychological wellbeing and can cause problems in every aspect of a person's life.
How do you deal with a split personality?
Cultivate empathy. Start by reminding yourself that splitting is part of the disorder. Try to manage your response. Remind your loved one that you care. Maintain lines of communication. Set boundaries. Encourage and support treatment. Take care of yourself.
Can someone with DID fully integrate?
Some people with dissociative identity disorder (DID) have very little communication or awareness among the parts of their identity, while others experience a great deal of cooperation among alternate identities. Currently, there is no empirical measure of integration versus fragmentation in a person with DID.
What does it mean when alters integrate?
Integration refers to the mutual acceptance, empathy, and identification of all the different personalities. It is a process rather than a specific event. (Steele, 1989) Barriers are broken down and the personalities are able to come together.
