I was a first time user and it was late at night and the PDFfiller.com information was a little confusing. I had problems opening the document on my computer as it was not readable. I enjoy the accessibility to a large variety of legal forms without preparing them, but the process is not that easy. For a novice user, it is cumbersome and complicated. There should be a tutorial on how to maneuver the program and all of its features seamlessly.

Overall pleased, have a bit to learn for my use which is limited home tasks. I believe that initial access problems are resolved. I am sure that I could more easily accomplish the basic tasks that I have for PDF. Not pressing and I can fumble my way thru it.

The program is very user friendly and have all the great options for working with multiple files, conversion, merging, signatures, editing.

What do you like best?
The dashboard is intuitive and for me the best thing is being able to sign documents.
What do you dislike?
The application is good but has limitations versus the competition such as file size and not having the scanner tool on the cell phone.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
In my opinion, a multilanguage tutorial is necessary.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The biggest benefit is being able to sign documents from a distance.

Easy process and good program with a nice free trial, just not able to fit in my budget.
Easy process, user-friendly, quick and efficient. I like that it let me trial it for a few days. I just don't have the money for a subscription right now and only needed to use it this one time.
