With this site I can get any and all my paper work done in the manner that I wish to have done.
Typing out my paperwork in the correct format. Always there when I need it done. Able to use it anywhere.

For small businesses sending out single-piece letters, using Metered Mail is a valuable money-saver. The five cents savings adds up and there are no tailpiece minimums. You can simply print your postage online, affix your postage and drop your letters in the mail.
What is the difference between stamped and metered mail?
Originally Answered: What is the difference between stamped mail and metered mail? Stamped mail has a paper stamp on it, to pay for postage. Metered mail has a printed red ink stamp on it, to indicate that postage was paid. The postage was paid to a company that provides the postage meter with a letter stamper.
What does meter mail only mean?
Metered reply mail, or MR, is a type of mail in which a business sends preprinted, self-addressed envelopes or postcards to customers, with postage prepaid on the envelopes or postcards with a postage meter. It is thus similar to courtesy reply mail with a postage stamp already affixed.
Is metered mail cheaper than stamps?
When you buy a postage meter stamp from your mail service, they will sell you a certain volume. As it is, a metered letter can cost around 3 to 5 cents cheaper than traditional stamps. You also get a single postage meter stamp that you use for all your company mail.
What does meter mail look like?
A scale weighs letters or packages to work out how much postage is needed. Postage is then printed directly on the envelope or label using a postage meter. A postage meter prints the amount of postage. A cancellation and a dated postmark all in one — this works just like a regular postage stamp.

Does meter mail have to go out the same day it is stamped?
A meter stamp must bear the current date. If the postage bears a previous or future date, the meter stamp is considered “stale.” The meter date must be updated daily. Mail must be metered with the actual date of mailing. Authorized dispatch prepared presort mail accepted after midnight may bear the previous day's date.
Do metered postage stamps expire?
USPS metered mail is given by a machine that's been approved by the post office. This includes the big stamp printing vending machines at the actual post office, and many corporate and personal stamp printers. By regulations, metered first-class mail expires by the end of the day to minimize fraud and reused meters.
