Am new to PDFfiller so here are some initial comments:
1. an "undo" button would be nice
2. when sharing a document and adding comments/instructions, it would be helpful to have the option to pull up the document to be shared for reference.

Very Quick, saves me a lot of time. I regularly get pdf's that need to be completed and sent back. Now I can upload, fill out and return in a fraction of the time. Since the data is typed, I never get a question about what I wrote.

I LOVED IT, BUT I REALIZED THAT I THOUGHT THIS WAS SOMETHING I WOULD NEED ALL THE TIME AND IT IS NOT, SO SORRY TO SAY... I WILL BE CANCELING THIS PDF FILLER AT THIS TIME.. It was the only source I could find to obtain 2014 Form 990 forms. The IRS site shows 2014 forms tabs but they are for 2015 which is the wrong form. I could not find the supplemental forms I needed by searching the website so I gave up and contacted customer support on your chat line. The rep was very polite and sought out all the supplemental forms I needed to finish the job. That's a real plus but I should have been able to find the forms on the website.

PDF FILLER is amazing and very easy to use. It makes doing business remotely and working with clients who have very busy schedules much simpler. I recommend PDF FILLER to all my co-workers and associations.

What do you like best?
It works. Easy to use platform. I've subscribed for several years and they continue to make improvements. I tried docusign and this was just as good.
What do you dislike?
I don't like that it won't link up with business accounts on OneDrive so I can't store my files on OneDrive. Really would be nice to have them fix that! Also for some weird reason, the system only can connect with personal accounts. Sometimes, it's not easy to find my documents. Finally, the plug-in for Chrome doesn't always work well. Usually, it's just better to go into the app itself.

Compare the functionality you need to what it offers. I suspect you'll find it's sufficient.

this is the best product I could find…
this is the best product I could find for converting a pdf form into something fillable. I don't need to use this regularly so better if you offered a annual usage limit package- say 12 uses a year for $12.00- which seems fair and reasonable to you and the customer. (If you take this idea up, please do let me know)Ross Harling
