You can send a request email to users who have submitted ther submissions by including a Request Update button in Jotform Tables. However, you must individually send the emails to each individual to whom you want to edit their submissions.
How to Edit a Google Form After Submission (Easiest Way in 2024) Open 'Settings' Next to the 'Responses' Tab. Begin with your Google Form open in your browser. Toggle 'Allow Response Editing' Option. Edit and Customize Confirmation Message. Save Adjustments and Exit Settings.
Entry editing is done by opening the form prefilled with the submission's data, changing the prefilled values, and then submitting the form. To initiate the process, open the entry's menu using the three-dot icon in the first column, then select Edit Entry from the menu.
You can also press Ctrl + A or ⌘ + A to select all fields. A menu will appear at the top that will allow you to manage the multiple fields you selected. You can Duplicate, Require, Hide, or Delete them as needed. The Form Builder also offers a custom Context Menu which allows more options when managing fields.
In order to increase the size of the fields, you should click on the Form Designer button (which is located at the top right corner in Form Builder) and then click on Advanced Designer. You should mark the field in the designer window and adjust the settings on the right.
How to delete submission data? On your My Forms page, select the form with the submissions you want to delete. At the top of the page, click the Submissions button to open Jotform Tables. Next, you can select multiple entries and click on Delete, then Move To Trash.
To answer your question first, there is no limit on how many fields or conditions that you want to apply to your form, it is limitless.
After receiving a form submission, click on the "View response" button and then click on the three dots in the top right corner of the response. From there, select "Send edit response link" and enter the email address of the submitter. They will receive an email with a link to edit their form response.
