It was fairly easy to search out IRS forms but then you find out they're not usable because they're in Red!?! Also it said if you paid for a one-year subscription you save 65%, but the yearly cost was exactly the same as paying monthly and you didn't know this until you processed your payment???

This is by far the best I have tried; awesome features, well designed and intuitive as can be. Deeply regret I cannot afford to buy it; I run a very new, very poor legal aid society with 0.00 left in our budget for such things. Recommended highly.

It could be a little better if you put hints on tools that explained how to set and adjust them, but only if the person hovers over the tool without clicking it.

When forwarding to a client, etc., I like that it generates a security code that's required to access the documents. Customer service is *******! I love the product just don't have the need to justify a full subscription. I enjoyed the trial period and had great Customer Service when needed. Very prompt with replies. I would recommend this product.

I really like the capability of downloading forms, completing them and signing to send off.
I wish I did not have to log in each time. That would be a great plus as I work for several clients and need the quick ability to do a form and send to them.
