The filler form was OK; however, it would have been better to know there was a cost and subscription up front before putting all the time in to fill out the form. Especially when it was shown as "FREE"

How I spent an hour filling out fields, then was forced into a trial through the threat of losing my doc if I did not comply with trial? that? that was messed up. the app is amazing. but that first experience overshadows.

Only web-based interface. I would like a desktop version too.

It is not possible to make formula field as editable. formula field is a read only field.
How do I make a custom formula field?
Follow these steps to navigate to the formula editor. From Setup, open the Object Manager and click Opportunity. In the left sidebar, click Fields & Relationships. Click New. Select Formula and click Next. In Field Label, type My Formula Field. ... Select the type of data you expect your formula to return. ... Click Next.
