I did not like the way my card was charged the $120 initial annual fee. I only wanted to pay by month. That was misleading and I did not appreciate it. If your going to offer the monthly plan, offer it, make the wording more clear. don't try and trick people into the yearly plan and make them go through customer service to get the refund. The reason I give four stars is because (1) the customer service rep was so helpful in getting me my refund back and (2) you have an awesome product. It is really working well for me.

As a small business owner in the healthcare field, we do not have the resources to have much administrative support. If you open the workbooks in two different instances of Excel, then copying and pasting between instances is not the same as when the workbooks are opened in the same instance. The solution is to make sure that the workbooks are opened in the same instance of Excel.
As the main reason behind getting the error is it is not possible to paste data from a merged cell range into a non-merged cells range. So, to fix the error, choose the data > click on Merge and Center to toggle it off > try the copy the data again.
Copy all the data on the sheet by pressing CTRL+C. Open the workbook in which you want to paste the data, then click the + in the status bar to add a new blank worksheet. Click the first cell in the new worksheet, then press CTRL+V to paste the data into that worksheet.
Your copy-paste not working in Windows' issue may also be caused by system file corruption. You can run System File Checker and see if there are any system files missing or corrupted. When it finishes, restart your computer and check if it has fixed your copy-paste problem. If not, try Fix 5, below.
