My handwriting seems to get worse with age and in this world of no typewriters for forms that need to be readable I have at odds when it comes to filling out many of todays forms. To date PDFfiller has proven to be a god send for my dilemma.

Its a good overall program although I had issues uploading my pdf assignment for school, and when I submitted it online, the pdf was completely blank. Not sure why this program did that.

What do you like best?
pdfFiller is an excellent product at a great price. The 5-user shareable version is only $15 a month. That is the total for all 5-=users. They also have exceptional support, though you rarely need it. It also gets new features often, such as an inexpensive library of 80,000+ legal and tax forms. Michael Block CPA mblock@blocktax.com

The fax option is $10 a month. It should be $5. However, a $3 third-party fax add-on works with it

We fill out many forms quickly, which would be very time-consuming.

What do you like best?
PDF is accessible and gives me the tools I need to edit, review and send docs. I like the ability to change my signature and erase as needed.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes erasing can be problematic, but nothing a little patience can't deal with. Would be nice to be able to erase large segments, sort of like making a large text box.

Basically getting and sending signatures. Saves quite a bit of time and of course, the wait for something to get thru the snail mail.

How do you invoice an hour worked?
Download a free hourly invoice template. Include your business name and contact information. Add business media and logo. Include client's name or business and contact information. Create and insert unique invoice number in addition to invoice date and due date.
How do you bill Consulting hours?
Track Your Hours. It's common in the consulting industry for businesses to charge clients by the hour. Include A Header. Add Your Client's Contact Details. Include The Invoice Date. Number Your Invoices. Clearly List Your Services. State Your Payment Terms. List the Payment Due Date.
What percentage of hours should be billable?
That means your target may be 75% but at the end of the year you'll actually only get 60% billable utilization. I usually recommend setting a target of 6575% Net Annual Billable Utilization for your agency. Another factor here to consider is the role this person is playing, and how their time is structured.

A chargeable hour is time you are able to bill the client. Depending on what the company class as chargeable hours it might include travel. So if you were to leave the office drive 2hrs then do 3 hours work at clients and drive back to the office again being 2hrs that would be 7 chargeable hours.
