I need to be able to attach photos to the document, but don't see how to do this. It shows how to upload photos to the form, but the pictures cover the form. I need a seperate page for photos to merge them.

I had a problem printing a draft of a form. "Blocked plug-in".
Had a chat with Paul on the site, and followed his suggestions for a fix.
Then was able to print the form. I am a new user and have yet to make changes to the form and print it.

LOVE it!
Everything thing in this app is easily navigated, you are able to save documents to revise later. A big pro for me is when you send a PDF, say as soon as you hit send, you are like "oh my goodness I forget a important part"
You can go into that sent email and revise or add on. As long as the recipient has not opened it yet.
Im not fond of the code to open the PDF you have sent, expires for them. I'm still rather new to this so I plan on leaving another review once I figure out ALL the kinks of the app

It took a like while for me to figure out how to do what I wanted to do. But once I did, I was able to create the doc I needed. The part I liked best was the guidelines to put the fillable boxes in line with the other boxes in the document.

I was happy that I found my forms, but you should have said from the first that it was a trial, I do not remember being told that It would cost me, but that's ok, I filled out and printed 3 N-311 Hawaii forms, which printed 5 sheets, I will gladly pay for them, but I do not want to continue my subscription to pdfFiller. I don't think I will ever need it again, but I do thank you for being there when I needed you.

Where is my Groupon voucher?
Accessing your Groupon voucher number: Navigate to “My Groupon” within your Groupon account — https://www.groupon.com/mygroupons. By “Deals” please set the drop-down to choose “All” Locate your warranty purchase, and please click “View Details” right side of the page.
How do I redeem my Groupon voucher?
Check for an email from Groupon asking you to activate your account. Select My Gifts from the “My Stuff” drop-down menu on the right-hand side of the page. Click Redeem a Gift Card and enter the code on your Groupon gift card. The credit will be added to your account and applied to your next Groupon purchase.
How do I see my Groupon purchases?
Log in to your Groupon account. Navigate to the “My Groupon” section. Select “Deals” and select the drop-down button that says “All.” Find your purchase and click on “View Details.” Then click on “View Voucher.” Your voucher will then open in the form of a PDF document.
What happens if you view your voucher on Groupon?
You can either print the voucher right away or it will be saved by the site in your deals section. Groupon also usually emails you the voucher, and you can print it directly from your email too. All you need to do is present the voucher to the business in question when you go in.
What happens when you hit redeem on Groupon?
When you access your Groupon vouchers, there is a button that says Mark as Redeemed, pressing this button Does Not redeem your voucher, but it does tell Groupon that your voucher has been redeemed. If you've done this, you'll need to contact Groupon Support to find your voucher number.
How long does it take to get a Groupon voucher?
A: It should take less than 5 minutes for you to receive your virtual currency. Note that you may need to refresh the game from which you clicked the Groupon advertisement. If you don't see anything after 15-minutes, then something may be wrong (see next question). Read on.
How do I pull up my Groupon G pass?
G-Pass: G-Passes are your ticket. To use one, simply present it to the ticket taker, then head to your seat. Voucher: Just like our local deals, vouchers for GrouponLive events need to be redeemed. E-ticket: E-tickets will either be emailed to you or hosted in My Groupon.
