I signed up for a subscription but only needed it for one document. I canceled but was charged again a month later. I canceled again and contacted customer service. They said the first cancellation must not have completed but refunded me the money. That is great customer service. I will definitely use them again.

What do you like best? I can upload any document. I can fill out forms sent to me by others and resend them on the quickness. What do you dislike? I have not found anything that I dislike about it. Makes Working Easier! My experience has been wonderful. I cannot complain one bit. Who doesn't like to be able to edit or create PDF forms! I handle tons of PDF and word document forms all day and this software is most definitely helpful in completing my tasks. Are you kidding?! There are not cons at all. PDF filler literally keeps me from having to print documents to fill them.

All car titles must be signed by the owners listed on the title in order to be registered with the state. If the co-owners names are joined with and then both parties must be present to sell the car. Titles using or between the co-owners' names either party can sell the car without the other party present.
First, the seller has to release ownership of the car by signing the title. The buyer then takes the signed title to the DMV, and the state issues a new registration and title. Some states might require additional paperwork to complete the process, such as a bill of sale or a transfer of ownership form.
Get an Application for Certificate of Title With/Without Registration (Form HMV 82040) and fill it out in your name. Fill out the Florida Insurance Affidavit (Form HMV 83330) and have proof of Florida insurance, such as your auto policy or insurance card.

It's rare, but it can happen. When you buy a vehicle from a private seller, you take the transferred title to your local DMV and register the car in your name. All the paperwork is taken care of for you if you buy from a dealer. Sometimes a private seller will sell his or her car, but the buyer won't ever register it.
Wait to sign until you are before a Notary. Back of the title top right — sign name(s) on the line where it reads “Seller(s) Signature(s).” Back of the title right below where you signed name(s) — print name(s) on the line where it reads “Seller(s) Hand Printed Name(s).”
The title MUST BE NOTARIZED! Do not sign the title until you are in front of a Notary Public. Sign the back of the title where it is marked “Seller(s) Signature(s).” Print your name on the back of the title where it reads “Seller(s) Hand Printed Name(s).”
