Just got the PDFfiler installed and it was easy to work and save. So far have a problem with printing or faxing the document to court. I have not learned all the works to the program yet, I'm sure that the reason.

I like the service overall. The only improvement I could think of would be to work harder on Google integration with Authentication and Chrome apps. They usually work but it's frustrating when they don't work well.

Having the capability to complete my documents on line and print makes my job run more effective and efficient. Cancelling a subscription can be an intimidating and anxiety creating experience. NOT WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! Today I logged in to my account. ***** linked in as my Chat contact and in less then 1 minute the subscription was taken care of for me!!!! I have had to fight too many providers about cancelling subscriptions so THIS WAS REFRESHING!!! Such a contrast and it makes me want to stay connected with them if I ever need their services again.Don't hesitate to access their services and products.

Very quick, efficient and courteous customer service. My elderly mother subscribed to this service and couldn't remember why. I explained the situation via emails with Customer Support and they refunded the annual subscription fee after I verified a few details. I really appreciated their understanding and quick response. Now...I have to go unplug my mom's computer. :-)

What do you like best? It is very user friendly. It has a lot of features that I constantly use. I have expanded from a one user account to a multi user account becasue the product is so good. What do you dislike? Nothing really. I am able to youtube anything that I don't understand and typically get it. Recommendations to others considering the product: Get it while you can as it will be a major help to automating your systems. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being able to change PDFs and being able to electronically sign documents.
