PDF filler is user friendly. I am able to access previous years 1040 forms for clients who have had issues with their past years taxes. All of the forms are easily accessible. I enjoy using the tools available such as highlight, signing documents ect.

good product. but pricing was not clear i subscribed to one year one time payment when i wanted the pay as you go per moth option. hope to get it resolved soon. or will cancel fully.

Certainly recommend
Very user friendly. Easy to find tools to edit, merge, etc. Was impressed that there was esign that is verified by the program. I am stil on the trial version, but I think I will continue with the paid version too as I do alot of editing to pdfs.

Very quick and easy but in the end actually only needed for a one-time use so didn't make financial sense to pay further for 'just-in-case' use.

1. You have the forms I need; 2. the platform is user friendly, in general; 3. completion of forms is easy to navigate, specifically; 4. the ability to save in multiple formats; 5. the ease and ability to send completed forms is great; 6. I signed up for a trial and forgot that the annual subscription kicked in a month later. Subsequently, I realised that I have no use for the service/product. PDFfiller was kind and understanding. They responded almost immediately and refunded me without hesitation.
