The level of communication the team has… The level of communication the team has is second to none. Best customer experience. I recently tried the free trial, I forgot to cancel after the free trial because I needed their service @ that time only. When then cancel my subscription I didn't get a refund, but the team explained to me why that happed if do want a refund what should I do.I then followed the steps and within the time they said , I got my refund. AWESOME SOFTWARE Great software, the only challenge I had was the sign in process. I have had a few accounts as I had challenges signing in and ended up making additional accounts. This could be user error but I am sure others have had this issue also.

Only ever used Adobe in the past. Found this affordable option. It is fantastic. User friendly and effective app. I applied for a rental with a heap of forms to fill out and now our family are living in it. I accidentally signed the 1year subscription. Advised that I only wanted to use it during the trial period for a purpose and happy to pay for one month. They communication was quick and on point. They summarised and actioned exactly what I requested. Only charged me $30 for the month and cancelled my future subscription. I would happily use this again. Thank you.

creating forms for small private practice overall it is a good product once you are accustomed to operating within its rules and time lapse with commands and follow through ease of using current document to edit and create form it is slow to react to commands or does not recognize or follow commands first time you ask or click

What do you like best? I like to be able to upload multiple documents and then have the ability to rearrange them if needed, or remove, or even add to my entire document. What do you dislike? I do not like that the desktop extention frequently has errors, and continues to lag. I also do not like that the fax portion is uncustomizable. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It helps me to add or remove specific line items, which I do not want others to see. It also allows us to add pictures to the PDF documents, such as signatures, and or stamps for notary.

What do you like best? Really a good tool to utilize for editing and transforming the documents. What do you dislike? Erasing any content in the document is little difficult. Recommendations to others considering the product: Very good and useful product to use. What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? PDF is accessible and gives me the tools I need to edit, review and send docs. I like the ability to change my signature and erase as needed. What do you dislike? Sometimes erasing can be problematic, but nothing a little patience can't deal with. Would be nice to be able to erase large segments, sort of like making a large text box. Recommendations to others considering the product: It's great. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Basically getting and sending signatures. Saves quite a bit of time and of course, the wait for something to get thru the snail mail.
