PDFfiller is the best, hands down
I've used just about every PDF filling service I can find and although PDFfiller is on the pricey side, I've found them to be the best because of their drawing features, beautifully organized website on both desktop and mobile, and super fast customer support. If you need to fill out PDF's regularly, I'd say PDFfiller at $6 per month is easily worth the money.

Do I need to return my CenturyLink modem?
If you leased (rented) your modem from CenturyLink, you must follow the CenturyLink return procedure on how to pack and return your modem and return your modem within 30 days after canceling your service or CenturyLink will charge you the full retail cost of the equipment.
How do I replace my CenturyLink modem?
Log in to My CenturyLink and select the option for ordering Internet service. Since you already have Internet service, you'll see an option for ordering a new modem. Follow the prompts to order your modem.

How does CenturyLink modem?
If you recently ordered CenturyLink and are wondering when the modem will arrive, it depends on the type of installation you chose. If you ordered a “self install”, the modem will be shipped to your home via UPS. It will arrive by the end of the day of the date of installation. The package does not require a signature.
Can you return CenturyLink equipment to a store?
The stores don't generally take them. centurylink.com/returns is where you can print the return label. When you contact the billing folks at 1-800-244-1111 for residential or 1-800-603-6000 for small business, they should be able to start the request.
Can you buy your own modem for CenturyLink?
You might be able to use your own modem with CenturyLink, provided it works with the technology CenturyLink uses in the area. If your modem is left over from a cable internet provider, like Xfinity, your modem won't work with CenturyLink's DSL technology. You'll need to buy or rent a new one.
Is there a cancellation fee for CenturyLink?
Answer: True, CenturyLink imposes an early termination charge if you cancel your service before the end of your contract.
