I am not very computer savvy and I am learning as I go with this new MacPro, but so far it has been a very helpful tool and plenty of help explaining how.

Simple, does the job Maybe some standard forms should be on their site and properly labeled. It's simple and does the job. It's very straight forward. I feel like searching for the right form is a little tricky sometimes

Keep It Could Consider freezing two water bottles and placing them in the lunch container to keep food cold. Add an unfrozen bottle for drinking. This will keep food cold, plus help keep your child hydrated during a day of activities.
A peanut butter and banana sandwich on whole wheat bread. A piece of fresh fruit. And low fat yogurt. Whole-wheat tortilla roll with sliced turkey, sliced low-fat mozzarella cheese, red pepper strips, and lettuce leaf (chill and slice into bite size pieces). With fruit salad and a glass of skim milk.
Sugar Snap Peas. Carrot Sticks. Ants on a Log. Cherry Tomatoes. Romaine Lettuce Leaves (my kids love the little leaves in the romaine hearts.) Sweet Mini Peppers. Bell Pepper Sticks. Cucumber Rounds.
Leftover perishables that have been kept refrigerated should be safe to take home. Brown paper bags or plastic lunch bags can also be used to store foods if you are not carrying perishable foods, but they do not work as well for cold foods.
