The form 1096 is not current in the video shown - it shows 2012 and the number 7 is different for 2016, so would like an explanation of what NEC means. Thought I could use this for 1099 and also 1096 but still need to use IRs forms to send them, so dissapointing. Wondering what I will use this service for - does it allow ALL pdf files that I receive to be opened and edited? If so, then useful. Otherwise, probably short lived for me.Thx

What do you like best?
I love the ability to make my own PDF Templates. It is the perfect insurance agent tool when you're doing multiple certificates of insurance for commercial customers during renewal time. I love the feature where I can e-sign the documents and save it as a PDF which saves me ink and paper.
What do you dislike?
I can't figure out how to combine 2 PDF'S and merge them together so I use a different program for that.
Recommendations to others considering the product:

It is my alternative for quick editing of pdf documents I edit PDF documents quickly It's software is quite intuitive. It is easy to handle. To fill out forms is great. Also to add the signatures to the documents Once I wrote to technical support and I'm still waiting for an answer. It's the only negative I can say. In the end I solved the problem I had in another way

kara was great kara was great. I am an older computer geek who never got into such things as screenshots. Not only did kara patiently deal with my problem but she also helped me with her request of a screen shot. i have 2nd and 3rd level support at ibm on global WAN's so i have an appreciation for what Kara did for me. Move the cell pointer to or click the cell to which you want to add the comment. Click the New Comment command button on the Ribbon's Review tab (Alt+RC) or the Comment button on the Insert tab (Alt+NC2) or press Shift+F2.
