Confusing.. Registration gets you nothing.. then you end up paying then you can do something. Why Register if you cannot do anything with the form... does not make sense.

Recently tried to use a function that wasn't available to me which I thought the personal plan I had subscribed to gave to me. I had a chance to do the shoppers review survey and because of this gave them three stars. I was surprised to get an email from PDF filler offering me an upgrade to my subscription so that I could get all the features that I want free for a year. It certainly resolved my issue and I was glad to upgrade my previous rating of PDF filler to 5 stars! Great customer service!

Loving the tool. It would be great if you could add an eye dropper feature so that if I alter text or numbers that are over a color background I can erase the copy fill in the area with the original background color and then revise the copy over the background fill

Filling in the pdf was great, however when I saved the file using "Save As" the text was not spaced out in the boxes but overwritten making it difficult to read.

Customer ******* is *********! The support staff (****) spent 45 minutes with me getting through the steps I needed to save and print my document. **** was extremely patient and walked me through the steps a second time. I give them a five!!

What guidelines are used to determine if you can file a 1040EZ form?
To be eligible to file a Form 1040EZ: Must be U.S. citizen or have legal resident status. Tax filers must be age 65 or younger. You can only file single or married filing jointly.
What is the difference between the long form and short Form 1040?
Although it's longer than Form 1040EZ, Form 1040A is shorter than the 1040 tax form, and it allows you to claim certain adjustments not available using Form 1040EZ. For example, Form 1040A can be used to file as head of household, which is more advantageous than a filing status of single.

Forms 1040-EZ, and 1040-A are for tax years 2017 and prior, and these forms no longer supported in our program.
What is replacing the 1040EZ?
The 2018 Form 1040 replaces Forms 1040,1040A and 1040EZ with one 2018 Form 1040 that all taxpayers will file. Forms 1040A and 1040EZ are no longer available. Taxpayers who used one of these forms in the past will now file Form 1040.
What has replaced the 1040EZ form?
