I have tried a couple other products and they do not compare with the ease of the PDFfiller product. I am over 80 and faced with a great deal of medical paperwork regarding insurance, test results, doctors paperwork and hospital paperwork. My handwriting is a bit shaky with age and at times people can not read what I have attempted to write. I used PDFfiller on a several pages of a doctor's information form and it was a breeze and people could read my answers. The doctors staff wanted to know how I did it and thanked me many times for doing it with PDFfiller.

PDF Filler ease of completing the form - that makes it look much more professional than a hand written form. I like the ease of being able to put all my information in on any form. The software easily moves you from one field to the next to populate. Everything looks much more professional than a handwritten form. I don't like the fact that I cannot save my form. I can print it but it saves as a blank form. Maybe I am doing something wrong, since I just started using it, but it did not save what I put in.

One of the best customer service I’ve… One of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced !! My account had a monthly subscription which I thought I cancelled after the free trial but it didn’t seem to work. So I wrote them an email and within minutes they responded and took care of my issue and instantly refunded me the payments for the last 2 months in which my account has been subscribed. I’ve dealt with a lot of customer services over the past year and none has been so quick in responses, friendly and efficient in the same time. If I need a pdf service again, I’ll surely go to them. This is an absolutely AMAZING service This is an absolutely AMAZING service, the only reason I had to give 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the cost. To expect people to pay so much money (especially during the pandemic) when everyone needs to work and operate from home is unconscionable. If this service was, say, $12.99/mo. then I would most definitely pay it. However, the monthly cost is nearly three times that high, and it is not something I can afford on unemployment benefits of $235 per week. This service is amazing and efficient, but the company is not being realistic about the current cost of its services. And no, offering annual payments of $200+ is not a viable solution.
