I enjoy the ease of completing the forms, printing and saving the documents. I expected to be billed at the 65% off rate for one time use, annually, but somehow was charged the $72.00 annual renewable rate. Just started so not a lot of feedback yet. It would be nice to be able to review who I sent documents for e-signatures too, so that if I can determine whether or not I made a mistake and have to redo the whole document, or if I have to tell the client to look in their spam folder, or what. Thanks!

It can be irritating. There are capabilities in the software that are not immediately obvious. You have to discover them without assistance. e.g. How to reduce font size where that is available.

Very easy to use
I am excited to learn all the features the software has to offer.
I am so happy i can take current PDF files and turn them into filliable files. This has been very helpful as i started this position and can't always find fillable files.

Easy to use
Easy to use - I was trying to redact parts of a document and adobe left me hanging even after rebooting, updating, etc. It was a breeze using pdfFiller instead and I encountered no issues and the process was so simple and clear.

I like that all certificates on Insurance are in the same place, easy to find and I like the ability to duplicate certs

Can't find new documents very easily on the program
