The site is very confusing for a first timer and did not explain about using Google Chrome if you need to print any Documents, But Kirsten customer support was very good in helping and very patient to find a solution to enable me to print the Documents I need..

What do you like best?
I have been using PDFfiler for more than 4 years. It makes my pdf documents look professional. There is no longer a need to print a doc, fill it in with pen, scan, and send. PDFfiler reduces the amount of steps I have to take to get the job done. It helps to also have everything saved on the My Docs page. I can find the same tax documents I need month after month. PDFfiler also reduces the amount of paper needed to generate a document. I probably use PDFfiler every day.
What do you dislike?
I would like to be able to turn off the assisted pop-ups. They can obstruct the box I want to enter text.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Simple to use. Makes your docs look professional and neat. Easy to manipulate a doc that is incorrect.

I fill out every form on PDFfiler. It's automatic to me. In addition, when I am unable to edit a Word doc or other pdf, I know I can upload it to PDFfiler and get the job done right away.

Our organization use PDF Filler for contract completion with our clients/vendors. It allows us to insert a place for digital signature that is legally binding in the documents. Saves a lot of time and money from both sides.
PDFfiller is best tool for pdf editing online. It includes plethora of functionalities for editing pdf. Some of the functionalities I like include add text, note, watermark, redact, draw, add images/videos, textbox, date, checkmark, search and replace text, spellchecker, undo and redo, copy and paste, and pdf toolbar, add branding and Document signing and many more feature. PDFfiller supports integration with major cloud platforms including Dropbox, Google Drive, One Drive and Box. One of the best and easy to use tool for filing and storing all sort of forms electronically. Allows you to convert pdf files into other formats such as Microsoft word, excel and ppt. 'Send to Sign' feature is a boon to corporates and legal industry.
Some of the advanced feature require a great learning time from the end user. Sometime you would not get expected results while converting a Pdf to word in terms of change in formatting which is difficult to edit. Sometimes the tools is slow while working on large size files.

Life saver !
My experience with this PDFfiller has been amazing to say the least !
This software is a life saver in so many ways! When making any kind of document or adjusting a word, date or time on a document this allows me to fix all my mistakes !
This softwares has no flaws in my opinion it's very self explanatory and has given me absolutely no issues this far.

Ralph - My favorite support friend
I requested a refund for a yearly subscription that I did not remember signing up for. I reached out once before and did not receive a response. I reached out again today (2020-10-24) and Ralph responded right away. He was extremely helpful and nice and solved my problem right away. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and I will definitely keep PDF Filler in mind if I or my friends need a safe place to store or edit documents. This product is very easy to use and I am impressed with the various toll available to make the changes to the PDF files.The service and backup provided by the support team is excellent. I cannot fault their response times (within 20 minutes of my email) and they were attentive to my concerns and resolved the invoice issues immediately. Totally would recommend this to anyone.
