I don't pay for PDFfiller so I can only say speak to the ease of use on features that I think are available.
I am not sure if creating a document that is editable in word is possible in every version. If so I can not figure it out. That is my only feedback. Otherwise using this website is a breeze.

Easy to use, but seems like a lot of steps to go through to get to the documents and to save them to my computer. I have to save it to my computer to print it because printing from the program doesn't get it all printed on the 8.5x11" paper so leaves information off.

I LOVED IT, BUT I REALIZED THAT I THOUGHT THIS WAS SOMETHING I WOULD NEED ALL THE TIME AND IT IS NOT, SO SORRY TO SAY... I WILL BE CANCELING THIS PDF FILLER AT THIS TIME.. Pretty straight forward but when you want to print multiple forms of the same type I don't see a way to easily clear the info, I have to overwrite or clear each field manually. Thank you, Fred McFaddin

I've not run into any features of the program that I do not like yet.

Ralph - My favorite support friend
I requested a refund for a yearly subscription that I did not remember signing up for. I reached out once before and did not receive a response. I reached out again today (2020-10-24) and Ralph responded right away. He was extremely helpful and nice and solved my problem right away.
