What's there not to like? I mean this is the best application I've ever had for making changes to docs, signing docs and editing docs.

Nothing! I really enjoy this product and I think it's priced fair as well!

Makes life EASY
I sign a lot of forms daily in my job. PDFfiller makes is so fast
PDFfiller is very easy to use on all mobile devices. The signature field is super easy to use, makes filling out forms super fast.

Very good product for the price. I highly recommend the annual membership.
I have used PDF Filler for many years now, it is easy to use and there are many features that it does have that I don't use. If you use this tool to the max, it will benefit any company.
Nothing really to mention about that is bad about this program....I know there are a lot of features that I don't use, that I would like to learn how to integrate into my company.

I was looking for something simple and easy. I am not to tech savvy. This was a breeze

Overall, pdfFiller has been a great tool for me. It's saved me so much time and hassle, and I'm really happy with the results. Highly recommend!
I've been using pdfFiller to fill out documents for a while and I have to say that I'm very impressed with its ease of use! It's incredibly straightforward and makes it so easy to fill in the blanks on forms. Plus, they have a wide selection of templates that make my job even easier!
The only downside to pdfFiller is that the free version has some limited features. If you need more robust features, you'll have to upgrade to the premium version.

I can easily make edits to existing documents. I can add signatures to letters.

I teach 3rd grade and most of the resources and district...
I teach 3rd grade and most of the resources and district resources are in PDF or Doc Hub format. This does not allow my students to fill these kinds of worksheets out online. That was a problem until now. PdfFiller is saving me time and effort in preparing lessons for my students.

Can I walk away from a land contract?

What happens if you default on a land contract?
If the buyer defaults on the land contract, or fails to make the monthly payments to the seller as required, the seller can file a court action called land contract forfeiture. In other words, if the buyer fails to pay, the seller keeps all money received, plus the seller keeps the real estate.
How long do land contracts last?
A land contract is essentially a real estate transaction where the seller provides financing to the buyer. The agreed upon price is paid in installments, commonly on a monthly basis, over a term of 3 to 5 years at an agreed upon interest rate.
What are the disadvantages of a land contract?
Most of the disadvantages of land contracts for buyers of property stem from the fact that the Vendée (buyer) does not receive the deed to the property at closing. The Vendée obtains equitable title, but the vendor (seller) retains legal title. This situation usually exists until the land contract is paid in full.
Is a land contract a good idea?
The main advantage of a land contract is that it's fairly easy to qualify for. As long as the seller is willing to go that route, there's little need for extensive credit checks. A land contract is often viewed as a way to “pay down the purchase price” before obtaining a regular mortgage to buy the property outright.
