Very easy to use. Great for completing Government forms. Minor mistakes easily corrected and the end result is much neater and legible. Saves time and paper by not having to print forms, complete them manually then scan the completed form.

easy to fill out lots of PDF forms without hassle
Easy to use. Can save forms for future use. Does not require any extra learning. Intuitive format makes easy for anyone to use.
Cost was a bit much, but decided the year membership was the best savings deal.
Have used it multiple times already in the first few months so I am glad I did not do a month to month membership.

How do I get my documents Apostle?
A document signed by a California public official or an original notarized and/or certified document.
A cover sheet stating the country in which the document will be used.
A check or money order payable to Secretary of State in the amount of $20.00 per Apostle requested.
Where can I get my documents Apostle?
To obtain an apostle you must send the following information: Original notarized document to be authenticated or a certified copy to be authenticated that includes the original certification. Fee is $15.00 per document (a document can be more than one page).
Can I apostle a document from another country?
An apostle is the authentication of a document for use outside the United States. If country where the document will be used IS also be a member of The Hague Convention in order for this process to be used, then the document will be certified by apostle by the Secretary of State of the issuing State.
Where can I apostle documents in the Philippines?
The Apostle is available in all Authenticating Units of the DFA: DFA-Aseana; DFA NCR-Northeast (Ali Mall); DFA NCR-East (SM Mega mall); DFA NCR-West (SM Manila); DFA NCR-South (Metro Gaiman Ala bang); DFA San Fernando, Campaign; and soon, DFA Davao (SM Davao) and DFA Cebu (Pacific Mall-Metro Mandate).

Remember, a U.S. Embassy or U.S. Consulate does not issue apostles. The apostle will be issued through the U.S. Department of State Office of Authentication in Washington, D.C. Once notarized, you can mail in these original documents to our Washington DC apostle office, so we can obtain the apostle.
How do I Apostle a foreign document?
In most States, you can notarize a document written in a foreign as long as the notarial wording is written in English and notarized in accordance with State law. Vital record documents (birth, death, marriage) and documents issued by the Court, County, or State will need to be apostle and then translated.
