I am just learning about this program. So far it is easy and appears secure. I have initially been using the redaction/ blackout feature for several PDF files that I am sending to a client and it has been very effective. I am impressed with the "save" feature in that it allows you to save the edited file in a different format, I.e. Word.

It is great it previews the bottom of the page. But, when I print it out it doesn't print out what it had showed at the bottom of my page in the preview before I printed it out.

By filing the quitclaim deed, you can add someone to the title of your home, in effect transferring a share of ownership.
To find the right office, search online for “recorder” or “register of deeds” with the name of your county. Your county recorder may charge a small fee to pull the deed, and typically will charge an additional fee to make a copy of it for you. These fees usually won't be more than $20.
