What do you like best?
We like PDFfiller because our patients don't want to have to waste precious minutes of their appointment time completing a health history update in the office. It's much simpler, not to mention faster, to have them do it at home and submit it when they're done!
What do you dislike?
The log-in process for the patient who has never used this service. We have a few patients who value their privacy and would rather not have to create an account in order to complete a form.

Great way to electronically complete forms!
I hate printing and re-uploading forms. This is a great way to eliminate that. Also good for converting static files to dynamic documents!
It can be finicky and annoying to use if the computer doesn't have the right software.

Spelling assistance
The spelling check assistance is not very effective. It is difficult to predict where the cursor must be placed for the correction suggestions to pop up.

Thought I had cancelled my subscription…
Thought I had cancelled my subscription but turns out I didn't and it went out the next month... got in touch with customer support and they cancelled my subscription and refunded the amount taken with no issues.. fast and polite responses as well.. very impressed.

Can you put aftermarket parts on a leased car?
These people may be interested in such modifications as adding spoilers, tinting windows, or even changing the rims. The short answer is that yes, you can modify a leased vehicle, but a couple important things must be taken into consideration before doing so.
Can you repair a leased car with aftermarket parts?
Almost every lease requires you to carry insurance on the leased vehicle. For example, some dealerships will not allow you to repair a leased vehicle with after-market parts. Rather, the company may require you to repair the vehicle with original manufacturer parts.
Can you use aftermarket parts on a leased car?
non-OEM automotive repair products may not fit right when your car, truck, or SUV has damaged body panels after the accident. Plus, an aftermarket part installation may void your lease vehicle warranty. As Such, always use OEM parts for all lease vehicle repairs.
Can you trade in a damaged leased car?
If you trade a leased car in with damage, means that a dealer has bought out your lease and paid off the remainder of the residual plus payments towards a car that you bought. In this case, the damage was factored in to what they gave you in trade.
What happens if you turn in a leased car with damage?
The first option is to give the car back with the damage and take whatever damage penalty the dealer and leasing company will charge him. Of course, if the dealer's fee for returning the car damaged is more than Aaron deductible for repair, then he should just process the claim through the insurance company.
Can you get a leased car repaired anywhere?
Although it might seem small, you could end up getting charged for it when your lease contract is up and your vehicle is returned. You can get this repaired pretty much anywhere, though we recommend getting a few quotes and finding the best deal.
Can you add mods to a leased car?
Then the fact that the car is leased is irrelevant — risk averse people don't do mods. Otherwise, anything goes, as long as you can put it back to stock for lease return (else dealer will do it for you at 2x labor cost + new OEM parts).
Can you mod a leased vehicle?
The short answer is that yes, you can modify a leased vehicle, but a couple important things must be taken into consideration before doing so. However, if you plan on returning the vehicle to the dealership after your lease term is up, you need to return the car in its original factory condition without modifications.
