Customer support was top notch. They resolved my print issues with my form. The reason I did not give it 5 stars and would not recommend is that I Googled for a form to fill out for a US Passport. I didn't expect to find one i could fill in on line. What was not apparent was that ONLY AFTER SPENDING 30 MINUTES FILLING OUT THE FORM did I find out I had to pay $20 to print, save, fax, email or share the form. Customer service was great, but did not want to sign up for a monthly pdf service or pay $20 for 1 form.

I didn't want to pay for this feature but it is really a great program. I only wish I would be able to be copied and review status of Signed documents as it progresses without paying additional. Or adding the file for Esign to my personal email sent file.

PDF Filler saves us time in several ways: 1) saves time spent scanning documents, 2) makes completion of third party forms faster and more professional looking, 3) enables editing of existing PDF documents (rather than editing in Word, printing or saving as a PDF and re-signing), and 4) Digital signing.

The upside is that it's very efficient and expedites completing forms effectively. I have used other software and didn't find them to be easy to navigate or efficient.

The downside is that sometimes the text doesn't align when filling in forms I have to complete from other service industries. Also, when PDFfiller is the default PDF it does not print without having to refresh several times.

This software is really good and does make my administrative work easier and less tedious. There are some quirks but when I have experienced them, the support received was expedient and exceeded my expectations.

Great For PDF
Easy access for my customer to fill out any paperwork.
Enjoy using this software because I can type my invoices as word and then save them as PDF, and nobody can modify them. w

It works better than most others I've tried.It is sometimes a bit difficult to navigate as I dont use it too often. I dii have an issue with support, but they did finally undertand my query and they fixed it up, with a very good explanation.

What is responsible for protecting CUI?
Keeping CUI, or Controlled Unclassified Information, protected is the reason regulations such as CMMC and NIST 800-171 exist. But who is responsible for protecting CUI? Ultimately, the Department of Defense (DoD) is in charge of safeguarding classified national security information.
Can CUI be emailed if encrypted?
The body of the email must not contain any CUI. it must be in an encrypted attachment. The applicable CUI marking must be included at the top of each email. If the email is forwarded, the Banner Marking must be moved or copied to the top of the forwarding email.
How do I protect my CUI data?
Storing CUI CUI must be stored in controlled environments that prevent or detect unauthorized access. Printed CUI documents must be protected by at least one physical barrier, such as a cover sheet or a locked bin/cabinet. CUI may only be digitally stored in an authorized IT system/application that is:
How do you mark CUI in an email?
Emailing CUI If the CUI is in the attachment(s), it must be identified & encrypted. The applicable CUI marking must be included at the top & bottom of each email. The email must also have the CUI Designation Indicator after the sender's signature block. The name of the attached file may contain a CUI indicator.
Which methods are acceptable for sending receiving CUI?
The US Postal Service or any commercial delivery service may be used to transport CUI as well as any interoffice or interagency mail system.
Does CUI have to be protected?
All CUI documents must be marked and protected ing to applicable laws, regulations, and Government-wide policies. CUI markings listed in the CUI Registry are the only markings authorized to designate unclassified information requiring safeguarding or dissemination controls.
