This is an awesome tool to have and it makes filling out documents way easier. I had to fill out a document in which everything has to be perfect and the PDFfiller helped tremendously.

The best part is that it automatically "carbon copies" to other pages if they require the same information (ex: 1099 tax doc). I've used other PDF generating programs and you have to manually fill in each page. This is such a time-saver and seems like an obvious feature that would be part of any PDF program. I guess this is what makes PDFfiller a greater product than the competition!

What do you like best?
I love how I can neatly complete compliance filings that don't have a fillable PDF format using PDF filler. I can type on the form in PDF filler instead of having to print a hard copy and hand write or use a typewriter - who even has access to one of those anymore, lol?
What do you dislike?
It can be tricky to get the alignment just right and then save the completed document.

How do I get a copy of my notary certificate?
Where can I get a duplicate of my commission? Contact your state's commissioning authority. You may be required to complete a request for a duplicate commission on a form prescribed by that office. There may also be a filing fee associated with obtaining a duplicate of a notary commission.
What do I do if I lost my notary certificate?
Look diligently for the missing notarial seal. Do so immediately! Immediately advise the notary public administrator in your state that you have lost your seal. Report the missing notary seal to your local law enforcement.
How do I get a replacement notary certificate?

Can you lose your notary?

How can I find my notary commission number?
Each notary has a notary number. This number is the number of the notary's commission. If you are a notary, your notary number should be on your commission letter, notary stamp, and any documents you have notarized.
What happens if notary commission expires?
Just because the commission seal date has expired, however, doesn't mean the notarized document is invalid. As long as the notary notarized the document before the commission expiration date, the document is valid.
How do I check a notary license?
You can visit the Secretary of State's office in person or telephone the agency to obtain information regarding the status, authorization and certification of a particular notary public.
How do I verify a notary public?
Obtain a copy of the notary's certificate confirming his commission as a notary public. On the commission you find the legal name of the notary public and likely an identification or registration number. Confirm the dates of authorization on the certificate.
