Proofread Payment Permit: full-featured PDF editor

The Portable Document Format or PDF is a standard file format used in business, thanks to the accessibility. You can open them on whatever device you have, and they will be readable the same way. You can open it on any computer or smartphone running any OS — it will appear exactly the same.

Security is another reason we rather use PDF files for storing and sharing private data and documents. That’s why it’s essential to find a secure editing tool, especially when working online. Besides password protection features, some platforms offer opening history to track down people who read or completed the document before.

pdfFiller is an online document creating and editing tool that lets you create, edit, sign, and share PDFs using one browser tab. Convert MS Word file or a Google sheet, start editing its appearance and create fillable fields to make a document singable. Work with the completed document yourself or share it with others by any convenient way — you'll get notified when someone opens and completes it.

Use powerful editing tools such as typing text, annotating, and highlighting. Add and edit visual content. Change a page order. Add fillable fields and send for signing. Ask your recipient to complete the fields and request an attachment. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to cloud storage.

Get your documents completed in four simple steps:

01
Browse for your document with the pdfFiller's uploader.
02
Click the Tools tab to use editing features such as text erasing, annotation, highlighting, etc.
03
To insert fillable fields, click the 'Add Fillable Fields' tab on the right and add some for text, signatures, images and more.
04
When you finish editing, click the 'Done' button and email, print or save your document.

It works and is easy to use. I think it is a little pricey for the occasional individual user. Would like to have options based on degree of use: e.g., individual vs corporate.

Easiest way to send contracts We use this for business contracts in the wedding industry. At first, it was not easy to receive contracts back but with upgrading our account that has become easier. Ease of use to send out contracts for electronic filling and filing Sometimes it is confusing where the contracts end up once filled. Having to pay extra for certain capabilities isn't feasible for a small startup business
