Nothing except that when I print a doc, the Print button is at the bottom of window and I can't move it up so I have to click the very tip of the box that says print. - This could be my computer problem too but is weird and that just started about 6 months ago.

Get some distance from the text! Decide which medium lets you proofread most carefully. Try changing the look of your document. Find a quiet place to work. If possible, do your editing and proofreading in several short blocks of time.
Sleep on it. Look over the document at different times of day. Read your writing out loud. Keep an error list. Keep a list of difficult words nearby. Give it time.
Proofreading is important because we are often ignorant, careless, or 'blind' to our own errors, mistakes, bad grammar, poor layout of sentences and paragraphs, poorly constructed sentences, lack or incorrect use of proper punctuation, and of course spelling or typing errors.
Editing and proofreading are different jobs and are designed for different stages of the revision process. Editing provides an opportunity to make your writing better, whilst proofreading is a final check to ensure perfection before publication.
Proofread backwards. Place a ruler under each line as you read it. Know your own typical mistakes. Proofread for one type of error at a time. Try to make a break between writing and proofreading. Proofread at the time of day when you are most alert to spotting errors. Proofread once aloud.
Never rely on auto-correct or online spelling and grammar checks. Focus on one error at a time. Read slowly and out loud. Print out the document. Change the formatting of the document. Use a piece of paper to block out unread text.
Write first, proofread last. Print a copy. Change how it looks. Work on one section at a time. Take your time.
Read your work backward, starting with the last sentence and working your way in reverse order to the beginning. Read your work out loud. Always proofread a printed version of your work. Give yourself some time.
