For a new customer who has only used this program for a short time, It's a bit confusing to find all the necessary information. I am learning, but it's taken some navigation, and I haven't used the help line, because I don't even know the right questions to ask.

This app has been a lifesaver. I have recently started a position as an Administrative Assistant and the abilities within this program make my job hassle-free. It makes filling in PDFs and requesting e-signatures as efficient as possible.

Helpful Tool
I had been trying to send off some release forms and was crunched for time so I signed up for PDFFiller's free trial. In the end, I wasn't able to use their software without a purchase, but it made me almost wish I had paid the money.
I like that I can sign any document electronically. It definitely saves time and printing costs. It cuts out about 2 extra steps: printing and scanning. This is helpful for documents that need signatures such as release forms, etc.
I didn't like how much I had to pay in order to use my e-signed pdf. I don't use the software often enough to make it worth the price.
However, if I worked regularly with documents that needed to be signed this software would be the very best solution.

Fill in the Blank
Love what this has done for making my job so much easier at a very reasonable rate.
For my business this was and is the best tool I have for putting together insurance reports. Build or scan in a template and fill in the blanks when you need to send a report out. BAHM! DONE!
Probably something I have not spent enough time to figure out yet but as of now each time I fill in a blank template it auto saves it so my original always has to be cleared before new entry.

I just started using it today
I just started using it today. So far, I am very happy with it. I was able to use the draw feature to sign where I needed to, how I wanted to without using the "sign" feature.

Ryan was extremely patient and persistent to solve the issue
Ryan was beyond patient with me to solve my issue. I really felt like he was determined to have me understand the instructions he was giving me towards the solution. He used a few of approaches. One of which was sending me a visual with arrows.....That worked!!!! His patience and persistence is refreshing and truly appreciated.

How do I block notifications?
On your computer, open Chrome.
At the top right, click More Settings.
At the bottom, click Advanced.
Under “Privacy and security,” click Site settings.
Click Notifications.
Choose to block or allow notifications: Block all: Turn off Ask before sending.
How do I turn on end user spam notifications?
In the Exchange admin center (EAC), navigate to Protection > Spam filter.
Select the spam filter policy for which you want to enable end-user spam notifications (they are disabled by default).
What is spam quarantine notification?
By default, a notification process runs every day and determines if users have new spam messages in Spam Quarantine since the last time the notification process checked. If so, it sends a message to users who have new spam to remind them to check their spam messages in Spam Quarantine.
What is spam quarantine?
In Exchange Server, spam quarantine is a feature of the Content Filter agent that reduces the risk of losing legitimate incoming email messages by providing a temporary storage location for messages that are identified as spam. Spam quarantine is basically unchanged from Exchange Server 2010.
What is spam notification?
A Spam Notification means that your message was rejected by the receiving mail server. This could be due to rigid corporate policies in place on the receiving mail server or some bad choice of words in your email that are getting flagged by spam filters.
How do I release an email from quarantine?
Release one or more quarantined messages to all recipients In EAC, navigate to Protection > quarantine. Click on a message to select it, or use the shift key to select multiple messages. Then click the Release Message icon. Click Release selected message(s) to ALL recipients from the drop-down list.
