This is my first attempt at using your system but so far so good. I'll answer other surveys later after I have had some experience with the system. It takes a little experience to use the system easily. You could use more instructions. Perhaps a start guide on how to perform various manuevers.

I've had problems expanding boxes to fit text in. Customer support sent a YouTube video and that was some help and fixed one box, but then I had problems with a second box and just didn't have the time to keep trying to fix the problem. After a few attempts I was able to fix the problem, and now I am very impressed with the program.

Easy, and very convenient. Saves me lots of time. It's fast and easy, navigation of the site is easy, uploading and editing a document is easy, the SendToSign option is phenomenal! As of right now I have not really come across any thing that I dislike. The site is pretty self explanatory.

One of the best customer service I’ve… One of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced !! My account had a monthly subscription which I thought I cancelled after the free trial but it didn’t seem to work. So I wrote them an email and within minutes they responded and took care of my issue and instantly refunded me the payments for the last 2 months in which my account has been subscribed. I’ve dealt with a lot of customer services over the past year and none has been so quick in responses, friendly and efficient in the same time. If I need a pdf service again, I’ll surely go to them. Satisfied customer I had my free trial with the company but found that it was not for me. The payment had been taken out of my account. I contacted the company and with in minutes I had a reply and my money was refunded to me. I am retired and do not use my computer to its full extent. What do you like best? We have used PDFFiller for years. I like the ability to use editing tools other apps charge extra for. The ability to use the mobile app was especially useful when we were in a bidding war for the purchase of our home. We were able to edit and sign purchase agreement on the fly. What do you dislike? User interface has not been updated in a while and feels a little clunky. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have clients sign documents and contracts. We are able to edit PDFs directly rather than scanning or retyping documents in a word prove easier.
