Thought I had cancelled my subscription…
Thought I had cancelled my subscription but turns out I didn't and it went out the next month... got in touch with customer support and they cancelled my subscription and refunded the amount taken with no issues.. fast and polite responses as well.. very impressed.

It's great. Not as good as adobe in the areas of text replacement or image addition. It is also not as sophisticated for selection mechanisms. If you need to fill in documents or create PDFs this is a solid application that can do the stuff that you will need quickly and cheaply.

I used this one time for squares for a fundraiser and was looking forward to continuing using this service needed for a side job; however, this side job fell through. I thought I had cancelled on March 2, but must have not submitted something. I was charged today. If I could be refunded I would really appreciate it.

Is PDF to Word converter safe?
Google Docs provides another safe and reliable way to convert your PDF to a Word document. It's a two-step process where you first convert the file to a Google Docs document, and then convert it to a Word documents you'll probably lose some formatting along the way.
How do I copy a PDF to Word and keep formatting?
Right-click the PDF file.
Choose Open with > Microsoft Word
An interface will pop up with a message Word will now convert your PDF to an editable Word document, then press OK.
Right-click on the table you want to copy > copy > paste on Word.
How do I copy and paste without messing up formatting?
To paste without formatting, press Ctrl+Shift+V instead of Ctrl+V. This works in a wide variety of applications, including web browsers like Google Chrome. It should work on Windows, Chrome OS, and Linux. On a Mac, press Command+Option+Shift+V to paste and match formatting instead.
