My experience Pryor to contact customer support via online chat wasn't a pleasant experience. However my representative went over and beyond in my opinion to resolve the issue for me. It's not as intuitive as I hoped to use the mobile apps, and it seems there are many steps to doing the main process which led me to purchase PSF filler--uploading and emailing HIPAA related documents that I've photographed. I'm sure there'll be a learning curve, however, so I am still hopeful.
With two helpful and timely chat guidance, I was able to resolve my problems with scanning and uploading photographed documents quickly. I still wish the mobile app allowed me to rename the document so that I wouldn't have to fiddle with it later in the browser app, but am happy with many other features at this point.

I really liked the entire PDF Filler platform! The content was laid out clearly and it was really easy to get started (even when I was frazzled about other things). Working with the platform in seamless and I have already recommended it to my mom who uses PDFs in her company 24/7

Great online resource for signing and completing PDF files
- I can send documents to people for review and signing directly from the website.
- PDFfiller works with our Dropbox account so I can upload files directly from Dropbox.
- The more advanced features of PDFfiller require a monthly subscription, though it isn't expensive considering all of the features that are included (custom branding, signature authentications, etc.).

This service is awesome. No postage or envelopes necessary. I love how all of my important letters can be sent right out to USPS right from my computer system. Very nice and convenient.

I had thought I had cancelled my subscription so was very surprised to get a notification from PayPal that I had been charged $96.
