It is easy to fill out proposals with your template. I wish there was a way to make it easier to access it because I will be using that document many times and so far I have had to search for it.

The Product concept is very nice the use of tools are simple. Things that I don't like are is that you are required to select Continue in Browser when click the Hyper Link, this for me is an unwanted and in needed step.
The App I wish would allow you to search your fillable files, without the Link/Code or QR code you cannot use it. Would be more willing to use the App if this was a feature.

The application software is a great…
The application software is a great tool. But, when I search for another fillable document of the same, it does not allow me to pull up a clean form fillable document, for example local tax forms. Thank you.

What is an inclusive contract in publishing?
This is a company which allows an author to submit their work without the need of an agent. What is a typical publishing contract?
Some of the most essential clauses of a standard (boilerplate) book publishing contract are: Grant of Rights, Subsidiary Rights, Delivery and Acceptance, Publication, Copyright, Advance (if there is any), Royalties, and Out of Print.
How long does a publishing contract last?
You should NEVER sign over IP rights to a book b/c your publisher will most likely only be one of many publishers you have for the book. Most publishing deals should last 3-5 years maximum, and then you will get the right back, at which time you can look for another publisher.
How do you get out of a publishing contract?
First and most obvious, check your contract for a termination clause.
If there's no termination clause, try approaching the publisher and simply asking to be released.
If you're a member of a writers' group, they may be able to help.
What are typical royalties on a book?
Typically, an author can expect to receive the following royalties: Hardback edition: 10% of the retail price on the first 5,000 copies; 12.5% for the next 5,000 copies sold, then 15% for all further copies sold. Paperback: 8% of retail price on the first 150,000 copies sold, then 10% thereafter.
