Fairly easy to use

How do I publish an email certificate?
With Microsoft Outlook open, click on Tools and then select “Trust Center” towards the bottom. In the resulting new window, select “E-mail Security” at the side. Underneath the Digital IDs (Certificates) setting, click on “Publish to GAL”.
How do you publish a certificate to gal?
Underneath the Digital IDs (Certificates) setting, click on “Publish to GAL”. A new window will appear and prompt you, “Microsoft Office Outlook is about to publish your default security certificates to the Global Address List.” Click OK. Your certificates should have published to GAL successfully.
How do I import my CAC certificates into Outlook?
From the Outlook menu bar select the Tools > Options > Security > Import/Export. Select Import existing Digital ID from a file. Click Browse. Navigate to the exported certificate, select the certificate and click Open.
How do I clear my smart card certificate?
To remove the certs, open Tools > Internet Options > Content tab, then click the Certificate button. You will need to click on each of the certs labelled with DOD EMAIL CA-XX, and DOD CA-XX, and then click the Remove button.
How do I remove certificates from Outlook?
Open the address of the person from whom you want to remove the digital certificate. Choose Certificates. Select the certificate you want to remove. Click on Remove.
How do you send a certificate via email?
Open the Events menu. Open the event you would like to send certificates for. Press Certificates and select the relevant option from the menu. Select Certificate template and the Format the certificate will be produced in (e.g. PDF, Word). Enter the email's Subject and Message. Press Send certificates.
