Sometimes its a little difficult to navigate around especially for making an application, but once its set it up it works well. Ive noticed 2nd pages are difficult for customers to see and fill out. Wish there was something that would prompt them to go to it.

What do you like best?
In-line text, change font size, save options to name a few. Being able to quickly fill out insurance applications and having the text line up is amazing. I have been looking for this feature for awhile. PDFfiller is quick, easy, and has boosted my efficiency greatly.
What do you dislike?
The page fails when resizing text, and then you need to reload it. That is really my only issue other than when saving a PDF to my local machine, I don't need the indicator to pop up and tell me where to look.
Recommendations to others considering the product:

Seems ideal for filling Apps. Better than Acrobat Pro.
While I have only played in the app for about 15 minutes, I very much like the tools provided for completing forms. In fact, they are superior (for the purpose of form completion) to those available in Adobe Acrobat Professional. They are far more intuitive. Once I get more time in, I will likely increase my rating to five stars.

pdfFiller has wonderful support. You can email them or use a chat feature. From the chat feature, I was able to do a remote session through zoom to get my issues resolved quickly. Through email they always respond within 20 minutes. Great customer service!

The software was actually really great and extremely useful. I didnt really experience any difficulties with it and was exactly what I needed and a quick pinch without having to install anything. There was one small issue with my account, but the support team got back to me within the same hour and resolved what I needed. Amazing all the way through.

Which resolution is passed for appointment of Director?
A board resolution for appointment of directors of a company appoints director(s) on the Board of the Company and authorizes a designated person to make filings with the Registrar of Companies in respect of the same.
Can you appoint a director by written resolution?
Having found a suitable candidate, and if the articles of association allow, a new director can often be appointed by resolution of the board. Approval can either be sought at a routine board meeting or alternatively via a written directors' resolution sent to and signed by each of the existing directors.
Do you need a resolution to appoint a director?
Most commonly, directors are appointed by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting (AGM), or in extreme circumstances, at an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGG). A resolution for the appointment is put to a vote, and passed if a majority of shares are voted in favor.
What information do you need to appoint a director?

Can a director be appointed in EGG?

Can additional director be Regularized in EGG?
20 January 2011 Convene an EGG and pass an Ordinary Resolution to regularise the Additional Directors. On the date of AGM, they are the directors of the Company. Only after the AGM date they cease to be the directors. Hence, they can be regularized in the AGM by passing an ordinary resolution.
