Good afternoon, I have subscribed to PDFfiller and have even been charged $20 yesterday to use this program, however, when I try to log in, my password isn't recognized. Also, when I try to go back to change anything on my form, I find it time consuming to try to do this.I don't have a lot of spare time at work & I really don't like using the typewriter, because if I make a mistake & find it later.. I wish there were more typfaces I could use. Also, I couldn't figure out how to italicize titles within the document without it italicizing all around it. I gave up after several attempts. Wish that part were more user friendly.

I would&#039;ve liked a place to find all the PDFfiller features. It was really difficult to make it until I found the think where it places textboxes for me. Overall good experience especially for something I didn&#039;t have to pay for!!

I have been trying to cancel my… I have been trying to cancel my subscription for months. One of the problems is that I can't find the account. I have tried all of the email addresses that I use and can not find it. I have sent emails and wrote tickets trying to get some help but have recieved absolutely no response. I am paying $50 a month for a service I am unable to use or cancel. I was able to finally talk to someone who helped me find the email the account was under, canceled it for me and refunded the charges. The whole thing was quick and painless and I got the best possible outcome and that gives the 5 stars in my book. Thank you pdffiller for taking the time to hear my problem and helping finally find a resolution.
