It was confusing. I had sent a rental app to a client and I didn't know where to get the reply. When the customer called me she said she was unable to send it. I eventually found it on the PDF Filler site but couldnt do anything with it. I then realized even though I thought I subscribed, I apparently did not. I have been using this for work. I spent my own money cause I had to have a tools I could rely on. PDFfiller has been well worthy investment, it's good to be able to edit and publish PDF's with out worry. This is one solid set of tools, and extremely useful.

Very easy to use. Great for completing Government forms. Minor mistakes easily corrected and the end result is much neater and legible. Saves time and paper by not having to print forms, complete them manually then scan the completed form.

I was disappointed to find that PDF filler had automatically charged me for a subscription I did not agree to. I felt very stressed when I saw the sum of money that had left my account this morning. I contacted the helpline via the chat service they offer on their website and I spoke to daniel. He was extremely efficient in his help and immediately refunded my payment and canceled my subscription. I would like to leave a 5 star review for the customer service I received despite my initial disappointment in PDF filler.
