Overall, it was good.
Saying it is free is misleading.
I understand marketing, but I spent A TON of time filing out a document only to find out the only way I could retrieve it was to pay for a subscription which I would then have cancel to make it "free".
The other issue was that when the document was converted it shuffled page 2 with page 3 and the only way I could correct it was to upgrade the subscription. I would not spend the additional money when I print it and scan it back in the correct order. Again I'm sure it was an additional money making opportunity for you, but not worth the cost for me.

Extremely easy to use, easy to navigate and includes all the necessary tools to hand including signature. I highly recommend this software which is ideally suited for personal use, small business or corporate with highly competitive rates.

For a long time now, I have had a chronic tremor in my hands. Filling out a form of any kind would be a guaranteed source of anxiety and embarrassment. I did not like the way my card was charged the $120 initial annual fee. I only wanted to pay by month. That was misleading and I did not appreciate it. If your going to offer the monthly plan, offer it, make the wording more clear. don't try and trick people into the yearly plan and make them go through customer service to get the refund. The reason I give four stars is because (1) the customer service rep was so helpful in getting me my refund back and (2) you have an awesome product. It is really working well for me.

There is a little bit of a disconnect when saving your file, it's not always easy to figure where it is being saved.

Perfect for my needs!
I found it super easy to use - was looking for a product like this and it really met my needs! I have used it for basic tasks and it works great.
I feel like if I ever want to do more creative documents that I will need more training. This feature is a bit complicated to me.

I've been using PDFfiller regularly for over 2 years now, and it works wonderfully. I'm able to upload documents, add fillable lines, and get electronic signatures seamlessly. I filled out forms before purchasing app and thought it was saved. After I purchased the app I could not find my document. I texed with a customer service rep, he was no help and quit the communication.
