What do you like best?
The best features are (1) the ability to easily import and that it converts with accuracy and (2) the ability to manipulate doc - more specifically merge, edit, copy, etc.

The only feature that does not seem intuitive at times is the folder structure and how the files are organized. When editing a doc it will always move a doc to the top because it is the most recently viewed or edited doc - but this sometimes makes it confusing. Similar to Outlook, it would be nice to have easier drag and drop feature for organizing the docs.

Ridiculously time-saving and easily customizable
PDFfiller is a lifesaver as an office assistant, as I'm able to quickly populate imported forms with the info I need without filling them in by hand-which saves me time, ink, and effort!
Little drawbacks to using this-while some files I import aren't already OCR-friendly, it's easy to navigate around and create text input on my own.

This service ability to work with the IRS is it's most valuable quality for me. I want to fill out documents quickly and file quickly. I believe this service with allow me to do that.

I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. I reached out to support and ****** returned my email within minutes. I provided my information to customer service specialist ****** and he fixed the problem. There wasn't any back and forth emails. Well I am very computer savvy but there have been some challenges to learning pdffiller
I was creating fillable forms and then opening them on my Mac using Preview and the fillable fields wouldn't show. Then I opened with Adobe reader and everything was fine.
I would like to know if it is possible for me to create a pdf that my students could use their stylus to write and draw on?

Accidental annual subscription
I had accidentally signed up for a 1-year subscription and PDFFiller were very very friendly and ended the contract for me after all and refunded my money straight away.... I think any other company would have left me out in the cold and kept my money, because it was obviously my mistake with the forgotten cancellation... really a big thank you and also for the fact that the support took care of it so quickly. What information should be redacted?
Sensitive information that could be used to commit fraud or expose private information should be redacted. The following list is a general guide: Social security numbers. Driver's license or professional license numbers.

Legal Requirements Rule 5.2(a), titled Redacted Filings, provides that filings can only include the last four digits of a Social Security or tax ID number, the year of an individual's birth, a minor's initials or the last four digits of a financial account number.

How do you redact a document?
Use the paper document method to redact a scanned file. Print out the paper document. Cut out the text that needs to be redacted. Use opaque tape or paper to cover the redacted sections. Scan the document and save it as a PDF.
