PDFfiler allowed me to create a far superior MO Real Estate Disclosure form. It allowed me to edit to my heart's content, rather than scratching handwritten stuff out and ending up with such a mess that i had to hand write another copy. The end result was far more professional looking than a handwritten form. About a 5 minute learning curve and the software functioned perfectly. I needed fast, no nonsense access to CMS approved forms, HCFA1500 to be specific. This was fast, easy to use, and I can save my files to my pc. I can edit, print, e mail, fax, its great! I love it! I had questions on how to use certain edit features, I couldn't figure out, as I am not a computer "savy" person, I just get on, know what I have to do, and need it to work. The support team responded immediately to my questions and I knew I had 24-7 access to them which is important to me as I often work late at night. That is actually priceless. Great product at a great price w awesome customer support

Great value and product
Program was formatted well and easy to use for the most part. I was able to complete my revisions within no time and get it to our clients!
I had a few issues with figuring out how to use certain features and how to save the file in a certain format.

Honestly, I used this service for one day. I did the whole hoopla, signing up for the service, getting my PDF's and documents taken care of, then went in to cancel my free trial. Well, something went wrong, and I was charged for a full year that I didn't want. But the reason they get 5 stars instead of zero-- they voided the charge same day that I emailed them. They weren't worried about pinching pennies, they were worried about being a good business and doing the right thing. That's a 10/10 in my book. Honestly, I have them bookmarked on my webpage so that if/when I need their services again, I'll definitely be going back!

Excellent customer service!
I used the pdfFiller when I had no access to a printer- it was efficient and easy to use. However this was a one off and thought I had cancelled my subscription. When I saw I was being charged I was concerned as I have no need for the service on a subscription, however I contacted pdfFiller customer services explaining my situation and I received a very reassuring reply from Max and the pending transaction was cancelled immediately. If I ever need the service again I wouldn’t hesitate to use pdfFiller or recommend them. Outstanding customer service.

In the middle of a one-time need to fill-in an online PDF form, I apparently signed up for a monthly subscription to PDFfiller, and my ****** account was billed. I contacted the PDFfiller support group, and explained that I had no recurring need for the software, and didn't realise that I had ended up subscribed to it. The support person promptly issued a refund to my account at ******, and cancelled further billing. PDFfiller is a very good organization to deal with, and an honest company. Should a relevant need arise, I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them in the future.

easy to use and there are a lot of options to have things mailed, emailed, faxed, etc right with a click of a button and entering information. It does have a fee for this BUT it is SUPER convenient so honestly its a very small price to pay to not have to worry about all the extra work i would have to do myself.
