I received an auto-renewal subscription for our organization that was initiated by a previous officer and simply emailed my request for a refund and cancelation. This morning my subscription to PdfFiller was automatically renewed. Once I realized it, I notified the company to cancel my subscription and to provide a refund. Within a short time, I received a response confirming that the subscription was canceled and that the charge was reversed. Really very convenient, far more handier than the others selectable with a quick google search.....not sure about $20 monthly fee though. An account with a paid service per use would also be handy, but 9/10

Customer ******* is *********! The support staff (****) spent 45 minutes with me getting through the steps I needed to save and print my document. **** was extremely patient and walked me through the steps a second time. I give them a five!!

I have had several emergent documents sent to me in PDF-without PDF Filler I was having to print-complete form and either scan the document to my e-mail or fax to the appropriate recipients. PDF filer has saved me an astronomical amount of time :)
