I had been looking for something which works on phones & chromebooks as well as computers. It's great this operates 100% in a browser and works REALLY well. Has some limited zapier support and has decent integration with g-suite. The support, including one emergency thing, has been much better than average. There are some additions which I feel could make pdffiller absolutely a star, but it's more than functional and easy to use today.

This is my first experience with an Online system. After overcoming initial issues. I now am very pleased, except you 15 limit on merge. Plus some limitations on writing MS Publisher files.

I had an occasion to need a form filler…
I had an occasion to need a form filler on a PDF. I found PDFfiller online and tried it with a trail. It did exactly what I had wanted and it was easy to use. I guess I forgot to cancel the trial so it did go into an annual charge. I don’t need a PDF form filler on an ongoing basis. When I saw the annual charge on my PayPal account I called immediately. I explained what happened and they immediately said they would close the account and refund my money. No hassle just very polite support person and efficient. Should I ever have an ongoing need of a PDF form filler I will absolutely buy PDFfiller. It works and they believe in customer support. A rarity today.

Product outperformed other PDF software for my needs at the time! Customer services are A++, an annual subscription fee was taken as I had forgotten to stop this after my use, upon emailing pdfFiller's 'Live chat' the refund was processed and I received a confirmation email of this from PayPal in less than 30 seconds! If it wasn't for Covid19, I would have continued the subscription, but after losing my job my finances are paramount! Hopefully I will be in a position to return to your service in future! I wish the updates had an option to keep the title and not make duplicates. I like to keep "my documents" organized and not all the downloads unless I want to save it as multiple copies. I love that it combines pdfs w other docs. I love the highlight and annotate features.
