Open the Word document you want to insert a PDF into.
Click Insert > Object > From File
Choose the PDF file from the pop-up window and press Insert.

How do I convert PDF to Word on Mac for free?
Log in to your Google account on the Google Docs website.
Upload the PDF document that you want to convert to Word.
Navigate to the “File” tab. Select Download as” > “Microsoft Word(. Docx)” to export your PDF to a Word document.
How do I insert a multipage PDF into pages?
Open the first PDF in Preview.
Choose View > Thumbnails to show page thumbnails in the sidebar.
