The interface has improved, but it is not perfect. I chose PDFiller because of its simplicity. I love that I can use it anywhere without having to install it in every computer I use. I wish it included a crop feature or the ability to modify the page size. I also wish we could delete previous files with the same name so that there is no confusion. Fabulous addition for the office!!… We added this for our company in the office as a tool to try out and make things easier. Honestly I have used it far more than I thought. No more printing out anything to fill out and sign it and then scan it back and send it. You can upload and fill in the spaces, check any boxes and sign it, save it and email it right over, and it looks so much more professional too.

Customer support was very quick to reply to my issue. I had been charged for my pdf and wanted to cancel as would not use the service enough to justify $96.00. In reply I was told it would be cancelled and the automatic renewal deleted. My only regret is that my money would not be refunded.***** to the charge I had tried (unsuccessfully) to find out how to cancel it. Im either stupid or the instructions werent on line.to easily find.
