How do you change the report type in lightning?
From the Reports tab, click New Report. Select the report type, and then click Create. Note You can't change the report type after the report is created.
How do I remove a field from a report type?
Go to Setup → search 'Report Type' → Create new Report Type → Choose custom object, and it's child object → Click on Edit layout → drag your fields. Once Report Type is done now create a new Report and choose custom Report Type which you've created, and you're done.
