I like having this resource as an option. I like that it offers a clean, crisp look for documents. The forms or finished forms look very neat when they are typed. It seems like a great option for persons to use when their handwriting is not legible. The words do not stay within the lines. I used the software recently and the office manager had to retype the form because the words did not fit.

Works Perfectly! I don't typically need a lot of editing, but what I do need this service does perfectly. Click the “Print Preview” button to see how your current invoice template appears when printed or sent as an email attachment. This can help you decide how you want to customize the template.

Click the “Customize” drop-down menu and select “Manage Templates” from the options. Click on each template thumbnail in the Template Gallery to preview how it will appear as an invoice. Click the “OK” button to select and open your preferred template. Select your customization preferences from the options' pane.
From QuickBooks Online, click the Gear () icon > Custom Form Styles. On the New Style drop-down menu, select Estimate. Use the settings on each tab to build your estimate from the ground up. Be sure to click Save before finishing.
Go to Settings and then select Custom Form Styles. Select New Style. Select the type of form you want to create: Invoice, Estimate, or Sales Receipt.
Click the Gear icon. Under Your Company, click Custom Form Styles. To create a new template, click the New style button in the upper right-hand corner. Select Invoice. Go to the Design tab to edit the template name, logo, color, font, and margins.
