I like the service just wish the process of saving and/or printing docs wasn't as cumbersome - two or three pop up windows before action is completed and not automatically redirected to doc list.

I love using PDFfiller. I believe it is a wonderful program. I use it so often that I started scanning in personal files and paperwork at home to keep me organized. I can fill out anything within just a few moments and it looks like I've spent hours on my documents. The only negative with this program is the process moves a little. Sometimes when I'm rushing to complete documents I doesn't seem to matter what network or computer I use, I still feel like from the time to load a document to the time of completion and sending out there the other parties, its taken me a little too long for my personal opinion but I still use the program religiously to complete just about every document from legal forms that I create to filling out paperwork at the doctor's office for my children. I highly recommend PDFfiller!

Anytime a client uses this, I sigh a relief Excellent for contracts and any paperwork. PDFfiller is super easy to use and takes the headache out of mundane paperwork filling. Kudos! I dislike that more people do not use it, if you aren't using this, what are you doing?

Great for using templates I work in real estate investment and handle documents and other forms that are basically fill-ins for our tenants. PDF Filler has to make the job 300 times easier because it will add space or make everything look like its in its right space. It makes filling out a document legibly easy and fast so you then can be more productive in your work day. There are similar programs that allow you to do the same thing it might change spacing, or other aspects of a document.

It works well overall It works well overall. I like being able to take an existing form and change the names of the form elements to match our database. The one issue I just had was with text alignment for a text box. I do not see the property for that. My workaround was to copy an existing text box that was center aligned.

Click Edit at the top menu bar. On the drop-down list, click Preferences. Click the Desktop View. Under the Preferences, select Multiple Windows. Hit OK.
Go to Edit menu and select Preferences. On the left side panel, choose Desktop View. Click the Company Preferences folder and select the Save current desktop. Once done, click the OK tab.
Adjusting Screen Size Click and drag the Quickbooks window until the upper-left corner of the window meets the upper-left corner of your monitor. Click and drag the lower-right corner of the QuickBooks window to manually adjust the screen size. Double-click the QuickBooks title bar to maximize the window.
Launch QuickBooks and open your company file. Right-click the icon bar and select “Customize Icon Bar” from the menu to open the Customize Icon Bar window. Click the “Add” button to open the Add Icon Bar Item window.
Go to Gear icon at the top right. Select Custom Form Styles. Look for your form style, and then click Edit. Go to the Design tab. Click on the Select a different font option. Select your desired font size. ... Click Preview or Print to see how your form would look like, and then click Done.
If the window is maximized, arrow down to Restore and press Enter, then press Alt+Space bar again to open the window menu. Arrow down to Size. Press the up or down arrow key if you want to resize the window vertically or the left or right arrow key if you want to resize horizontally.
On the upper right, select the menu icon (it looks like a three-dotted line). From the menu icon, locate the Zoom option. When you find that the page is bigger than the browser window, select the minus (-) icon to zoom out and make the page smaller or choose the plus (+) to zoom in and make the page larger.
Adjusting Screen Size Click and drag the Quickbooks window until the upper-left corner of the window meets the upper-left corner of your monitor. Click and drag the lower-right corner of the QuickBooks window to manually adjust the screen size. Double-click the QuickBooks title bar to maximize the window.
Double-click the “Display” icon and click. Note the “Settings” tab, and select a new Desktop area size. Then click “Ok.” This option should only be used if the previous options directly in QuickBooks fail to generate the desired results. This option changes the size of each program displayed on your computer screen.
